I accept both private pay and insurance paying clients. I am currently an “in-network” provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield Illinois. 

If you have a plan for which I am an “out-of-network” provider, I ask that you pay my full fee at the time of service. I will gladly provide you with a receipt which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is important to understand that insurance companies do not typically reimburse the full fee for service when you are using an “out-of-network” provider.

Regardless of your coverage, I recommend that you contact your insurance to ask the following questions about your coverage prior to our first session: 

• Do I have out-of-network coverage?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it? What happens when I meet my deductible?

• Do I have a copay or coinsurance? If so, what is it?

• Do you cover CPT code 90791? Do you require prior authorization?

• Do you cover CPT code 90837 for individual therapy or 90847 for couples/ family therapy? Do you require prior authorization?

If you choose to not use your insurance or do not have insurance, my rates are as follows:

• Initial intake session for individual $200 and subsequent therapy session $170

• Initial intake session for couples or family $200 and subsequent therapy session $200  

 Payment for therapy is due at the time of service. I accept credit, FSA, and HSA cards.
